Building More Than Martial Arts Skills

Our Core Program is designed specifically for children ages 8–12, blending karate and kickboxing fundamentals in a fun, structured, and motivating environment. Students learn practical self‑defense skills while developing strength, coordination, balance, and overall athletic ability.

Each class focuses on more than kicks and punches. Our students build essential life skills such as confidence, focus, respect, discipline, and teamwork. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, every child is encouraged, challenged, and supported to reach their full potential—both on and off the mat.

Karate & Kickboxing Training

At the heart of the Core Program is our striking curriculum, where students learn to use their hands, feet, and knees in controlled and purposeful ways. Through structured drills and pad work:

Each Core Martial Arts class blends Karate, Kickboxing, and Jiu‑Jitsu in an energetic, structured format that keeps kids moving, learning, and motivated. Students train under the guidance of encouraging instructors who emphasize self‑defense, fitness, and life skills — the three pillars of our program.

Sessions include:

  • Dynamic warm‑ups and conditioning to build strength, balance, and coordination.

  • Striking drills and grappling practice that teach proper technique, reaction, and control.

  • Partner and pad work to develop timing, accuracy, and teamwork.

  • Monthly Mat Chats — short, meaningful discussions on character and life skills like nutrition, first aid, and anger management.

  • Community service activities such as beach sweeps and animal shelter drives that teach compassion, leadership, and responsibility.
